Where was he? She? It? Whatever! Dorimon, like the other nine digimon hatched in this jungle, was waiting for someone. Didn't know how or why, but they were waiting, and all they knew was that whatever they were waiting for would one day arrive here.
The thing was though, Dorimon was far from patient, and he hated waiting. Day after day, nothing really happened in this jungle. Okay sure, there were bigger digimon like Kuwagamon romping about, but it was easy enough to get out of the way and avoid detection. Today was just another day of waiting, and boredom.
Where is everybody? Dorimon thought as he walked under a bush and into the clearing beyond it. They weren't always in sight, but they never left the jungle so it usually wasn't difficult to track down at least one of them. "Hey Wanyamon! Tokomon! Koromon! Anybody? Where'd you guys go?"

Tsunomon was laying down under a tree on the nice day. He was under the tree for the shade as he didn't really want to be going about the forest, especially when there are bigger Digimon out there, such as Kuwagamon. Tsunomon wished that the day would come when his partner would arrive so that Tsunomon could get stronger and defeat the Kuwagamon with ease. But with all good thoughts that comes to the small Digimon's head they were interrupted by the voice calling out for the other Digimon.
Tsunomon recognized the voice belonging to his friend Dorimon.
"Might as well see what is bothering him," he said as he let out a sigh and he left the comfort of the shaded tree and made his way to where the voice had came from. He eventually came through some bushes and saw Dorimon. "Hey Dorimon, what is the matter, can't you find the others?" Tsunomon said wondering where the others were slightly himself but he knew eventually they would come across the other Digimon.

Dorimon hopped up and down as he continued to call out the names of the other digimon. Where were they all? Hiding from him or something? Hmph! What was he supposed to do when there was nobody around to do anything with? Fortunately though, his calls were finally answered by Tsunomon. "Finally!" He said happily. It was about time someone answered his calls. It was like they were trying to avoid him or something!
When questioned about what was wrong, Dorimon shifted side to side on his feet impatiently. "That's right. Everybody seems to be off doing their own thing, and I can't find anybody for anything! Its getting so boring around here." He grumbled, his gaze wandering a bit. He turned back to Tsunomon quick enough though, and his happy grin returned. "So, what does the spike-ball do for fun these days?"

When Tsunomon hopped through the bush and came into view of his friend Dorimon he smiled at the other Digimon as he sounded happy when he saw Tsunomon "I was having such a nice time relaxing under a tree" Tsunomon said letting out a sigh as he hopped over to Dorimon. Even though Tsunomon was slightly annoyed at having been interrupted while he was relaxing he was happy at having some company as it would be less likely them being attacked by another Digimon with more of them gathered together.
Tsunomon looked up as he started to think where and when he last saw the other Digimon "I think they where playing hide and seek and you are on" Tsunomon said playfully to show he was messing about "I have no idea where they are sadly" Tsunomon said as he watched as Dorimon's gaze wondered a bit before it turned back to the spike-ball Digimon "Oh nothing much just relaxing under a tree until my partner finally arrives in the Digital World, I wonder what kind of people they will be though" Tsunomon said.

"How boring." Dorimon grunted when Tsunomon spoke about relaxing under a tree. Of course, everything was boring nowadays as far as the Dorimon cared. All they ever did was wait around here for their partners to finally arrive, but nobody ever came! The wait was excrutiating, and Dorimon didn't know how he could have waited this long! It was even more boring that he couldn't find anybody around, other than Tsunomon.
"Yeah, well then they can keep on hiding!" Dorimon snorted, a grin on his face as he caught the Tsunomon's joke. When the question went on to who their partners might be, Dorimon's gaze turned to the sky. He never actually put much thought into what kind of person his partner might be. "I just hope they are fun, and that they get here soon! We've been waiting FOREVER!"

Koromon was about doing just about everything and yet nothing at the same time. He was looking and waiting. Waiting for whomever it was he was supposed to be waiting for. He was getting impatient but he knew that doing that would not get his partner here any sooner. It was just that he'd much rather have them here so he wouldn't get eaten by bigger digimon. Not that that would happen as he knew how to hide but still it would be nice to be big enough to fight off the bigger ones. He hopped through the bushes and then stopped hearing someone calling his name. It turned around from the direction he was going and headed towards the voice. Of course he really didn't say anything either.
He laughed to himself and then finally called out to his friends as he got closer. "Tsunomon, Dorimon what's up?" He was curious as to why the other seemed to be upset about the others not being around. He had heard part of the conversation between his two friends. "Dorimon, they'll come we can't rush things even if we want too." Koromon had faith that his partner would come soon and that he didn't need to worry but he was young and he did worry at times but still he could enjoy himself blissfully knowing he would be okay sorta if he just hid himself from that which would eat him.

Sleep was awesome. Bukamon found that was just about all he could do while waiting for his partner. So in lieu of this Bukamon just lied there under a bush and wistfully dreamed of things that had and had yet to pass. The truth was that Bukamon didn't have much to reflect on. He was born there in that forest and he knows that he has to wait for a... something. What were degidestined supposed to be? Were they digimon... or something else? They had to be something more than just bits of data right? Whatever those were thoughts for a more serious digimon...like Motimon or something.
Bukamon was suddenly woken from his thought as there was a sudden flurry of voices. Bukamon woke up to see three digimon engaged in conversation. As his eyes focused and the daze of what was once sleep wore off he saw Tsunomon, Dorimon and Koromon. Bukamon lifted his body and it floated up into the air. Because of his ability to float he towered about his fellow in training digimon. He looked at his friends and dreamily said
"What's a mon gotta do to get some sleep around here? Seriously, you guys could wake a Shogungekomon with all that jabber."

Tsunomon smirked at Dorimon when he had grunted at him after he had told him that he was relaxing under a tree "There isn't much more to do though is there" Tsunomon said as he let out a sigh. "Well then I guess you will not find them then" Tsunomon said joking around. "Well for all we know they may be the opposite of what we want them to be" Tsunomon said.
He then bounce around as he heard rustling coming from somewhere and out came his fellow Digimon Koromon and spoke to them "Well we are looking for the other Digimon as they are all hiding from Dorimon as he is on" Tsunomon said as he let out a sigh and followed Dorumon's gaze up to the sky. "I guess that is true but I wished we could see what our partners even looks like though" Tsunomon said as he let out a sigh as he at least wanted to see a picture of his partner or something. Tsunomon noticed something floating over to them so he turned to look and saw Bukamon floating over to them and dreamily complained about being woken up. "Well you could find a nice place where no body would disterb you Bukamon, Shogungekomon would be hard to be woken up by the three of us though" Tsunomon said as he thought about if him, Dorumon and Koromon would even have a chance of waking one up by themselves.

Koromon looked at Tsunomon for a long moment. "Everyone is just waiting around. We could always try to find them and wake them and play." What they would play he wasn't sure but company was always nice unless of course your really wanted to do nothing but sleep until your partner came. There really wasn't much one could do. Plus they had to hide form the bigger digimon anyways. He just hoped his partner would get here soon really. He dazed off and then snapped back to the others as Bukamon joined them. He laughed as the other said something about getting sleep.
"Duromon needed company and sorry for waking you Bukamon but we are all just a little bored." Koromon was sure that they three of them would not have been able to wake a Shogungekomon by themselves but then again anything was possible. Of course a larger group of small digimon might be able too but he wasn't about to try that. He looked at the others and closed his mouth waiting to see what was going to happen now. "I do wonder where the others are though." He couldn't deny himself that curiosity.
